Bachelor of Business Administration (One Year Program)
The Preston University USA is offering a one year degree programme in Business Administration through AIMS College for those having acceptable qualifications to fulfill the semester credit up to 78 in the relevant fields.
They are expected to do twelve subjects and a Capstone Course Project and earn 42 semester credits to qualify for a degree. They can complete the programme within a period of twelve months or four semesters. The candidates having additional qualifications (Transfer Credit 78)may be able to earn the degree with a lesser number of semester credits and within a shorter period than 12 months, depending on the qualifications.
Students who can transfer 78 Semester credits from following qualifications can be obtain the BBA in One Year.
- CIMA, ACCA,CIM (Finalists)and SLIM
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce or Accounts
- Higher National Diploma in related Subjects
- Advanced Diploma (AES-UK)
- Advanced Diploma (ABE-UK)
- Advanced Diploma (IPMA-UK)
- Any other equivalent qualifications

Assessment is based on a mix of 50% examination and 50% coursework.
The course work includes case studies, assignments or any other work given by the lecturer for each subject. The student has to complete the work assignment and submit before deadlines given to obtain the marks. Late submissions will be penalized.
There will be a written examination for each subject on dates specified after the lectures. The students who have failed to attend at least 60% of the classes will not be allowed to sit for the examination.

All course / subjects are valued at 3 credits each. Except for the project report for which 6 credits are given.

- 80 89% - B
- 70 79% - C
- 60 69% - D
- Below 60% = F (Fail)
